Jersouk Touy is a United States Army veteran with 22 years of leadership experience and co-founder and co-owner of Trua of Greater Boston, operating through Heart & Honor Transitions Group, LLC. She served as a Military Police Officer and Recruiter, and has extensive experience as a victims advocate supporting individuals through crisis and major life transitions — work that translates directly into helping families make difficult decisions under pressure. Through Trua of Greater Boston she helps seniors and families identify appropriate care and living arrangements across the Greater Boston area, offering one-to-one consultation, structured assessment and personalised community tours at no cost to families. She is a Boston native, a mother and a graduate student at Northeastern University, and works from a stated commitment to serving families with honesty, dignity and heart.
