About Jessica Marasco
Jessica "Jessie" Marasco is a retired United States Air Force veteran and co-founder and co-owner of Trua of Greater Boston, operating through Heart & Honor Transitions Group, LLC. She brings over 21 years of experience in medical and operational roles, beginning in nursing homes and continuing through Air Force medical service — a span that covers both ends of the care relationship, from direct patient work to the operational systems around it. She is described by her organisation as bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach grounded in compassion, structure and care coordination. Through Trua of Greater Boston she helps seniors and families across the Greater Boston area identify appropriate care and living arrangements, at no cost to the family. She is a Boston native and a graduate student at Northeastern University.
