Marcia Branca has spent over 12 years helping mesothelioma patients and asbestos victims get the legal help they need at Danziger & De Llano, LLP. Before transitioning to patient advocacy, she accumulated more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, giving her a unique perspective on both the medical and legal challenges that mesothelioma patients and their families face.

Marcia meets with asbestos exposure victims across the United States, traveling to their homes and communities to provide in-person support and guidance. Her healthcare background allows her to communicate effectively with both medical professionals and patients, bridging the gap between clinical realities and legal options in a way that families can understand and act on.

What sets Marcia apart is her deeply personal connection to asbestos exposure. Her husband Ernie worked in automobile manufacturing in northeast Ohio for 30 years and was exposed to several asbestos products during his career. This firsthand experience with the devastating impact of asbestos exposure drives Marcia’s unwavering passion for helping others who find themselves in similar situations.

Marcia understands the fear, uncertainty, and frustration that comes with an asbestos-related diagnosis because she has lived through it with her own family. This personal understanding informs every interaction she has with clients — she brings not only professional expertise but genuine empathy to her work.
