Paul Danziger
J.D., Northwestern University School of Law | Texas Bar #00788880 | New York Bar #4887360
Background & Experience
Paul Danziger is a founding partner of Danziger & De Llano, LLP with over 32 years of experience in mesothelioma and asbestos litigation. He has dedicated his career to representing patients and families affected by asbestos-related diseases, helping recover more than $2 billion in compensation.
Paul earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and his M.A. in Tax/Professional Accounting from UT Austin in 1989. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northwestern University School of Law in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas (Bar #00788880) and New York (Bar #4887360).
Paul began his legal career at an international law firm in Southeast Asia, where he handled cross-border business transactions. After returning to the United States, he dedicated his practice to representing victims of asbestos exposure and co-founded Danziger & De Llano, LLP with Rod de Llano. The firm has grown into one of the nation’s leading mesothelioma litigation practices.
Paul is also the executive producer of the film Puncture (2011), starring Chris Evans, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film depicts the true story of a small-firm attorney’s fight against a healthcare conglomerate — a case rooted in Paul’s own career standing up to powerful corporations on behalf of ordinary people.
Throughout his career, Paul has seen firsthand the devastating impact asbestos exposure has on working families — from shipyard workers and refinery employees to veterans who served their country. That firsthand experience drives the firm’s commitment to treating every client like family, not a case number.
